the dripping tap
The Dripping Tap is a photographic project completed in February 2022 in my garden in Kafountine, Senegal. I have a small pond in the garden with a constantly dripping tap above it. Whilst many different birds come and wash and drink from the pond, it is only the Weaver Birds that take water directly from the tap. This series of images was taken capturing the birds in flight as they took water from the tap.
